A publicist for Kanye West was charged in the Donald Trump indictment after being found tied to intimidation of election workers, prosecutors say.

Trevian Kutti was charged for allegedly pressuring Fulton County election worker Ruby Freeman in January of 2021.

The 51-year-old went to the Georgia election worker’s home to persuade her into admitting baseless election fraud accusations – or face arrest within 48 hours, prosecutors claimed.

She introduced herself as a ‘crisis manager’ who was sent by a ‘high-profile individual’ to manage crises.

The 62-year-old election volunteer said Kutti arrived unexpectedly at her door and introduced herself but didn’t say she worked for West, a longtime billionaire friend of then-President Trump.

Kanye West’s Chicago publicist Trevian Kutti, 51 (pictured together, left), met with Georgia election worker Ruby Freeman, 62, last year and urged her to confess to bogus voter fraud claims

Kutti – along with former president Trump – was among the 19 people charged on Monday in Fulton County, Georgia, for their alleged role in trying to overturn the 2020 election.

When Kutti arrived at Freeman’s home on January 4, 2021 – two days before the US Capitol riots in Washington, DC – Freeman called 911. By then, Freeman said, she was wary of strangers.

Kutti told Freeman that she worked ‘for some of the biggest names in the industry.’

Bodycam footage obtained by Reuters revealed Kutti offering to ‘move’ and ‘secure’ Freeman.

‘We have probably have 48 hours in which to move you,’ Kutti explained.

She said she would put in place a way to move Freeman from what ‘may be secured over the next 48 hours.’

During a meeting between Kutti and Freeman at a police station, the publicist told the terrified woman that she had ’48 hours’ to be moved before ‘federal people’ get involved and arrest her

Kutti was working for West, who has long been a staunch ally of Donald Trump. She dubbed herself a ‘crisis manager’ but did not reveal her association with West, called Freeman ‘a loose end’

The meeting between West’s publicist and Kutti took place two months after West ended a failed bid for the White House

‘I cannot say what specifically will take place,’ Kutti is heard telling Freeman in the recording. ‘I just know that it will disrupt your freedom,’ she said, ‘and the freedom of one or more of your family members.’

‘Whether you choose not to deal with us, I am not your enemy,’ Kutti added.

Freeman eventually grew suspicious of Kutti and refused to go along with her plan, telling her, ‘the devil is a liar.’

Kutti described Freeman as ‘a loose end for a party that needs to tidy up,’ during the conversation on January 4.

‘You are a loose end for a party that needs to tidy up,’ Kutti continued. She added that ‘federal people’ were involved, without offering specifics.

Kutti told the police officer who was recording the footage that she was attempting to make Freeman feel comfortable.

‘I want her to be comfortable, but I want her to advise her that there are federal people who are involved here, and I don’t know who is connected to who,’ she said to the officers. ‘And I really need for her to be as nonchalant as possible.’
